If you typically run much longer, like ‘< 1 file in 90 days’ or even indefinitely ‘< 0 files in whatever’, then I can’t think of a particularly good solution beyond monitoring them manually. This will catch archived or full threads after a few days. Since archived and image-limited threads don’t get any new files, I think your best bet here is to set some ‘check timings’ that work for you, something like ‘stop checking when new files < 1 in 3 days’. I had thought that 4chan archived threads gave 404, API-side, but maybe this is not (or no longer?) true. There isn’t a super clever way to do this. Is there a way to tell Hydrus to only stop checking a thread when the thread gets either archived, hits image limit, _or_ gets 404? It would also be nice to have a whole overview page to see status of thread watchers (404, archived, hit image limit.)
